Apple opening a new store in Waikiki?

We noticed that Apple has applied for a new building permit here in Hawaii (we are on Oahu). After some research we found that the permit is for a new location at the Royal Hawaiian Shopping center on Kalakaua Ave on Oahu, nearby the very busy Cheesecake factory. The new location is a 2 story building.
