The right look also involves taking and presenting the best possible pictures.  We will have photographers professionally photograph your property always considering the best light, best time of day, best view in mind to make your home look its absolute best.

Online marketing has become, in our opinion, the best and most effective way of getting potential buyers to view and possibly purchase your property.  The approach has to be strategic and aggressive.  We first feature your property on our website, which is daily viewed by individuals around the globe who are searching for Hawaii real estate.  Then, by placing your property in the Honolulu Board of Realtors’ (HBR) Multiple Listing Service (MLS) your property is immediately at the fingertips of the thousands of members of HBR.  Along with internet marketing this is the most likely way that your property will be exposed to the potential buyer.  In addition, by placing your property in the MLS database your property will immediately be accessible on hundreds of different websites.  We follow up by emailing all of the agents that regularly work in the area and price range of your property.  We use all of the beautiful pictures that we have taken in all of our marketing.

An announcement mail out will be sent your immediate neighbors is something we do early on in our marketing program.  It is always possible that the buyer for your property could come from your neighborhood.

We also discuss with you alternate marketing strategies that may fit your properties unique situation keeping also in mind that we are doing everything possible to your property’s target audience.  This includes magazine and or newspaper exposure at the local, national, or international level.

Upon agreement, we will present your home to other Realtors and potential buyers through conducting Broker’s Open and/or Open House events to showcase your home to the widest possible set.
