Case-Shiller index shows real estate maybe recovering in the next few months

Nationally the S&P/Case-Shiller index shows that the market may be poised to recover within the next few months.  The index which looks at 20 different real estate markets around the country has shown a downward move ending in November.  But the index seems to trail the overall economy.  Looking at the economic data coming out since November may show that the 3-month moving average of the index is poised to improve very soon.  Case was quoted as saying in an interview, “I do believe the seeds of the recovery are being planted”.
