Seller’s Guide for real estate
Steps to Sell your Property
Bonnebaker is fanatical about getting your property sold for the highest price possible in the most reasonable amount of time. Bonnebaker together with Malia Leilani Meenderman, our principal Broker, will put together a marketing campaign with flair to promote excitement about your property. We understand that each property is different and may require a custom marketing campaign and we will discuss that with you. Bonnebaker and Malia Leilani Meenderman will do all of the following:
1. Discuss with you about the selling process. How will it proceed? What can you do to help? What can you expect at different stages in the process?
2. Go over your property with you to discuss and plan ways for your property to look its best for potential buyers and if needed assist in implementing these changes.
3. Have photographs taken of your home, putting it in the best light possible.
4. Enter your home into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) with the Honolulu Board of Realtors. It will be immediately available to approximately 4,500 realtors locally.
5. Place the property as a Featured Property on www.Bonnebaker.com .
6. Put together a professional brochure for your property.
7. Call, mail, or email other realtors that work in the vicinity of your property to inform them that your property is on the market.
8. Contact clients from Bonnebaker’s lists of past and current clients and prospects to inform them that your property is on the market.
9. Hold a Broker’s Open (this is an Open House for realtors) to allow other realtors to view your property when necessary.
10. Hold Sunday Open Houses for the public when necessary.
11. Place a classified ad in any or all of the following publications: The Honolulu Advertiser, The Star Bulletin, The Pacific Business News, Honolulu Magazine, Dupont Registry, Unique Homes, etc when warranted.
