Properties along Kailua beach in the neighborhood known as ‘Beachside’ have really been selling lately.  Currently there are no properties that are on the market under $2million.  This is very unusual and shows that this popular area has very strong demand.  The last property under $2 million was 425 Dune Circle and listed for $1.599 million which is an aggressive price for the popular Dune Circle when under contract last week.  Now the least expensive property is 51 Kaumana Place listed at $2.45 million.  It does have a little ocean view, but is not right on the beach.

The least expensive beach front property currently on the market along Kailua beach is a cottage at 23 Wilikoki Place listed for $3.998 million.
